Rajib Adhikari is the Managing Director of Evertrek Nepal and the driving force behind the company's vision and day-to-day leadership. Growing up in Dhading, Nepal, he developed a lifelong connection to the Himalayan landscape and a genuine passion for sharing it with travelers from around the world.

Pasang Lama is Co-Founder and Director of Evertrek Nepal. With roots in the Himalayan trekking industry spanning over a decade, Pasang brings a rare combination of entrepreneurial vision and on-the-ground expertise that shapes how Evertrek Nepal designs and delivers its experiences.

Udaya Shankhi manages the operational backbone of Evertrek Nepal. From permit coordination and transport logistics to accommodation standards and staff deployment, Udaya ensures that the experience guests read about in the itinerary actually matches what happens on the ground.

Raj Kumar Tamang serves as Crisis Manager at Evertrek Nepal, responsible for emergency protocols, risk assessment, and rapid-response coordination across all active departures. His role is critical in ensuring that guests, guides, and support staff are safe and supported in any situation the mountains may present.

Reman Tamang leads guide operations and field coordination at Evertrek Nepal. He is responsible for recruiting, training, and deploying the trekking guides who accompany guests across the Everest, Annapurna, Manaslu, Langtang & Ganesh Himal, and Mustang regions.

Ashok Bhujel is the Lead Guide at Evertrek Nepal, leading groups on the ground across the Everest, Annapurna, Manaslu, and Langtang regions. With years of hands-on trail experience, he is often the first point of contact guests have once a trek begins.
