EVERTREK NEPAL

Evertrek Nepal

Why Choose
Evertrek Nepal?

A Nepal-based trekking company built on local knowledge, honest planning, and genuine accountability — from first enquiry to final farewell.

Who We Are

A trekking company run by
the people who know Nepal best

Evertrek Nepal was founded by Himalayan professionals who grew up in the mountains and built careers guiding travellers through them. We are not a booking platform, an aggregator, or a franchise. Every trip we offer is operated directly by our Nepal-based team — using guides, lodges, and support staff we know personally.

Our promise is straightforward: we plan your trip honestly, we communicate directly, we handle the logistics completely, and we take full responsibility for what happens on the trail. You will work with the same team from your first email to your final day in Kathmandu.

As a newly licensed trekking agency, we are building our reputation the right way — with genuine care, transparent pricing, and a determination to deliver an experience that exceeds what we describe.

Six Reasons

Why travellers choose us

Locally Operated

Our team lives and works in Nepal. Route knowledge, supplier relationships, and cultural understanding come from being here year-round — not from reading reports.

Licensed & Accountable

Evertrek Nepal is a government-registered, fully licensed trekking agency. Our tourism license, company registration, and PAN records are publicly available on our Legal Documents page.

Honest Itinerary Design

We build itineraries with realistic walking hours, proper acclimatisation time, and clear difficulty ratings. If a route is challenging, we tell you exactly what that means.

Direct Communication

Every enquiry is answered by our operations team. You get specific, accurate answers — not templated responses. We would rather take longer to reply than give you vague information.

Guides We Trust Personally

Our mountain guides are Nepal-certified professionals we know individually. Pasang Lama and Reman Tamang lead our guide standards — ensuring every trek is led by someone we'd send our own family with.

Responsible Practices

Plastic-free packing, fair porter pay, full permit compliance, and leave-no-trace principles are built into every departure — not marketed as optional add-ons.

Our Promise

What we commit to every guest

We are a new company, and we know that trust has to be earned. We have no inflated history to trade on. What we have is a team of genuine mountain professionals, a tourism licence, and a clear set of standards we hold ourselves to — every time, for every guest.

When you book with Evertrek Nepal, you can hold us to the following promises. If we fall short, we want to hear from you directly.

Contact our team directly
  • Your invoice will itemise every service — no surprise charges at any stage
  • Your guide will be briefed on your group's fitness, altitude experience, and preferences before departure
  • You will have a direct contact number for our operations team throughout the trek
  • If conditions require a route change, we will explain exactly why and propose a real alternative
  • All permits, conservation fees, and regulatory requirements will be fully paid and documented
  • Porter loads will not exceed safe limits — and all crew will be properly equipped for the conditions
  • We will answer your pre-departure questions with specific, honest information — not generic brochure text

Responsible Tourism

Trekking that protects what makes Nepal worth visiting

Nepal's trekking regions — the Khumbu, the Annapurna Conservation Area, the Manaslu restricted zone — are among the most ecologically and culturally significant landscapes on earth. They are also among the most fragile.

Every decision we make — which lodges we use, how we equip our porters, how we brief our guests — is made with a clear awareness that we are guests in these communities. Responsible trekking is not a feature of our product. It is the only way we know how to operate.

Plastic-free packing

All guests receive a pre-departure brief on plastic-free packing. Single-use plastics are discouraged on every departure.

Fair treatment of crew

Guides and porters receive fair wages, appropriate equipment, and safe working conditions as a baseline — not a benefit.

Full permit compliance

We pay all trekking fees, national park levies, and conservation charges in full. There are no shortcuts.

Community-first suppliers

We prefer lodges and local operators who employ from their own communities and maintain consistent service standards.
