Evertrek Nepal
Our Approach
to Trekking
Locally led. Honestly planned. Delivered with care at every altitude.
Who We Are
A Nepal-based team that builds journeys
from the ground up
Evertrek Nepal was founded by a team of Himalayan professionals who wanted to offer something different — trekking experiences that are led locally, planned honestly, and delivered with the kind of care that only comes from genuine field knowledge.
We are not a booking platform or a reseller. Every itinerary we offer is operated directly by our Nepal-based team, using guides and support staff we know personally. When you travel with us, you work with the same people from first enquiry to final farewell in Kathmandu.
How We Work
Six principles that shape every departure
Real Field Knowledge
Our routes are built on direct trail experience. We know the lodges, the passes, and the seasonal conditions — because our team has walked them.
Honest Itinerary Planning
We do not overpack schedules. Every day is planned with realistic walking hours, altitude logic, and buffer time for weather and rest.
Safety as a Standard
Altitude monitoring, emergency protocols, guide-to-guest ratios, and evacuation planning are built into every departure — not offered as add-ons.
Expert Local Guides
Our guides are Nepal-based professionals who carry certifications, speak fluent English, and bring cultural depth alongside mountain expertise.
Responsible Practices
We use lodges and transport partners that respect local communities. Waste management, fair porter pay, and minimal environmental impact are non-negotiable.
Guest-First Service
From permit logistics to pre-departure briefings, we handle the details so guests can focus entirely on the experience. Expect direct answers, not boilerplate.
Our Commitments
What you can hold us to
Transparent pricing
Your invoice itemises every service. There are no hidden fees, no surprise surcharges, and no ambiguous inclusions. What you pay for is what you receive.
Direct communication
Enquiries are answered by our operations team — not a call centre. You will receive clear, specific answers about your route, conditions, and what to expect.
Flexible itineraries
We adapt pace, route, and rest days to the group. If altitude, weather, or fitness requires a change, we make it without pressure or penalty.
Fair treatment of staff
Guides and porters are compensated fairly, properly equipped, and never asked to carry unsafe loads. We operate to international trekking industry standards.
Accurate difficulty ratings
We describe our treks honestly. If a route is strenuous, we say so. We would rather a guest prepare correctly than arrive underprepared and struggle.
24/7 field support
Throughout your trek, our operations team is reachable by satellite or phone. Emergency decisions are made by people — not automated systems.
Responsible Tourism
We leave the mountains better than we found them
Nepal's trekking regions are fragile ecosystems shared by local communities who depend on them for their livelihoods and their culture. Evertrek Nepal operates with a clear responsibility to protect both.
We encourage plastic-free packing, use eco-lodges where available, pay all fees and levies in full, and train our guides to educate guests on local customs and environmental norms. Responsible trekking is not a marketing claim for us — it is the only way we know how to operate.
